MetaEd IDE User Guide

This documentation contains conceptual material and other useful information for technical personnel using the MetaEd IDE. It describes the various components of the MetaEd framework, and provides the core principles for writing in the MetaEd Domain Specific Language (DSL).

To gain the most benefit from this information, the reader should already be familiar with the following knowledge areas:

• Ed-Fi technologies such as the Ed-Fi ODS / API Platform and Ed-Fi Data Standard
• The Ed-Fi Extension Framework, which provides guidance on the extension of the Ed-Fi Data Standard.
