This interchange defines transcript information for a course and student academic records for a given session. Course transcripts link to the student academic record for the session in which the course was taken. Course Transcript is the final record of a student's performance in their courses at the end of a semester or school year.

Additional Requirements for Final Grades Earned

• If both numeric and letter grades are recorded by the SIS, both are REQUIRED for certification.
• If only the numeric grade or letter grade is recorded by the SIS, then only one SHALL be provided for certification.
